This video highlights some of the main improvements introduced into the 6.2 release of AXIS Camera Station Pro.
Lots of improvements have recently been made to data search which is used search data generated by our inbuilt Access Control solution & other systems. You can filter the data by type which is useful when you have multiple data sources. When you filter by data type further filter options will become available. In this release we have also introduced the ability to filter by server when you are connected to multiple servers.
Associated with data search is a new user permission which enables an administrator to remove an operators access to data search. The new permission can be found within the System option. This can be used to meet privacy requirements associated with data. Note that the option is on by default.
AXIS Camera Station Pro is compatible with the new A9210 IO unit. The unit can be expanded to provide 128 IOs using a single IP address. The inputs and outputs are easily integrated into AXIS Camera Station Pro using the device event option in action rules.
Finally we have updated the functionality of the AXIS Camera Station Pro web client which can be used to access your server via an internet browser without the need for an internet connection. The main improvement in this version has been made to the timeline and events recording are now easily identified.
